SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are sent from Bonnytoun Farm, Linlithgow, Scotland.

We ship throughout the UK and worldwide using tracked services. Shipping is calculated according to the weight of your order and its destination, and the correct cost will be shown at checkout once you select your country. The items are not insured. We haven’t had an issue with deliveries yet, but if you are concerned, we can look into it for you.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Shipping is calculated by weight:

Up to 500g | £5.95
500g to 2kg | £6.95
Over 2kg | £9.95

UK delivery is free on orders over £200.
This is applied automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail international service.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is based on the destination and weight of your order.

Free international delivery is available on qualifying orders over £500 and is applied automatically at checkout.

Please select your country at checkout to see the correct shipping charge for your destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges when they arrive in the destination country.

These are not collected at checkout, so they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs rules vary from country to country, so please check locally if you are unsure.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch pieces that are in stock as promptly as possible.

Some Future Vintage pieces are made to order. Where this applies, the expected making time will be shown on the individual product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

International delivery times can vary, particularly when an order passes through customs.

PACKAGING

Orders are packed carefully here at Bonnytoun Farm using simple, considered packaging appropriate to the piece and its journey.
